We Call It Smokecraft
Here at Bleiker’s, it’s our creative approach to curing and smoking salmon that makes us stand out from the rest. For over 25 years, our family smokehouse has hand-cured fish smoked over hand-tended smouldering fires in the heart of Yorkshire.
The Bleiker's Story
A family business established in 1993 by Jürg Bleiker a Swiss chef who settled in the Yorkshire Dales, today the smokehouse is still owned by the family and run by the next generation.
